Wandsworth Voluntary Sector Development Agency (WVSDA)
Formerly Wandsworth Volunteer Bureau, WVSDA is the new Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) for Wandsworth.
WVSDA provides information, advice and training on voluntary and community sector issues in the community.
WVSDA helps local non-profit making organisations recruit volunteers, promotes a positive image of volunteering, provides information, advice, support and training, and acts as advocate of good practice in volunteer management.
WVSDA's mission is twofold:
- to support and build the local voluntary sector in Wandsworth
- to enable residents to take up volunteering opportunities with local volunteering groups.
